Join us as an Entrepreneur in Residence (m/f/d) and play a pivotal role in building our next ventures from the ground up. Based in Berlin, Stuttgart, Munich, or Hamburg, you will act as an interim founder, taking full ownership of new business ideas from initial validation through to successful market launch.

Your Responsibilities

  • Venture Building: Take full end-to-end ownership of a new venture, from ideation and validation through to a successful go-to-market launch

  • Sales-Driven Execution: Lead customer acquisition and market validation efforts. Conduct cold outreach, engage prospects on-site, and convincingly articulate our value proposition to decision-makers

  • Rapid Experimentation and Execution: Test market and product hypotheses at speed, launch marketing initiatives, and develop high-quality sales materials, pitch decks, and go-to-market assets

  • Scaling and Growth: Design and implement scalable sales processes, identify growth levers, and establish the foundation for sustainable expansion

  • Fundraising and Launch Readiness: Prepare the venture for post-beta scaling, including spin-off, external investment, or large-scale rollout

Your Profile

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ideally, you have founded a company or held a key role in an early-stage startup such as pre-seed or seed

  • Sales Orientation: You thrive in sales environments, are highly outgoing, persuasive, and resilient in the face of rejection, particularly in cold outreach

  • Marketing Acumen: You understand how to generate attention and convert leads across channels such as LinkedIn, performance marketing, and direct networking

  • Hands-On Ownership: You embody full ownership by creating presentations, building financial models, and leading sales conversations independently

  • Pragmatic Approach: You focus on high-impact 80/20 solutions to drive momentum and results

  • Language Skills: Business-fluent German and strong English skills are essential, particularly for operating in the DACH market
