About
At THE BAU Ventures, we believe that building the future should be exciting, meaningful, and fun. We are not just another corporate venture capital fund – we are a team of curious minds, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who thrive on challenging the status quo.
We combine the strength of Drees & Sommer with the agility of a start-up, giving you the best of both worlds: stability and freedom, vision and execution, big ideas and real impact.
Here, you’ll find flat hierarchies, a collaborative culture, and plenty of room to grow – professionally and personally. We celebrate creativity, value initiative, and encourage you to take ownership of your ideas.
