Do you want to understand how venture capital works in practice and contribute to real investment decisions? In this role, you support our investment team across the full deal lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to due diligence and portfolio support.

Your Role
Screen and evaluate early-stage startups across PropTech, ConTech, and adjacent verticals
Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and commercial assessments
Prepare investment memos and Investment Committee materials
Build and review financial models and support valuation analyses
Participate in founder meetings and structure follow-ups
Maintain and manage our deal flow pipeline and CRM
Track portfolio KPIs and support reporting processes
Contribute to thematic research and development of investment theses
Your Profile
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a top university in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field
First experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a high-growth startup
Strong analytical skills and structured working style
Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation fundamentals • Excellent German and fluent English
High level of ownership and reliability
Strong interest in venture capital and technology-driven business models
Interest or experience in the built environment / urban tech is a plus
