Optiml is building Real Estate Decision Intelligence — a finance-grade decision layer for institutional investors and asset managers navigating capital allocation across complex property portfolios. Born out of more than a decade of research at ETH Zürich, the platform enables investment-grade decisions on which buildings to hold, sell, retrofit, or repurpose, and models the downstream impact on NAV, IRR, Capex, energy performance, and transition risk. Backed by KOMPAS VC, Planet A Ventures, and Realyze Ventures as part of a €8 million oversubscribed Seed round, Optiml is replacing static reporting with continuous optimisation and auditable decision records built to withstand scrutiny from investment committees, boards, and lenders.
